Forum Communications Company is currently seeking an experienced Publisher for our Duluth News Tribune and community newspapers, located in picturesque Duluth, MN, on Lake Superior. The Publisher will lead and direct employees through planning, developing and implementing organizational policies and goals. The Publisher will coordinate and lead activities of departments with special emphasis on Advertising, Editorial and Circulation to grow revenues and operational efficiency. This position will support and promote safety and human resources initiatives, provide a leadership role in the community and region, and communicate and foster the mission, core values, and culture of the company. The Publisher will also be responsible for leading and directing the annual budget process, and for growing the business by generating revenue through innovative ideas. We are looking for a candidate that has a proven record for generating revenue.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five years high level management experience and a valid driver’s license with a driving record that is insurable by the company.
