The annual MNA Daily Newspaper Meeting is always a participant favorite. Leaders from daily newspapers (and non-dailies too!) are invited to participate in this two-day summit. The program will kick off with a tour of the Star Tribune’s Heritage Center printing plant and lunch.

Following lunch, attendees will head to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis Downtown. The hotel is located in the historic Plymouth Building, the former home to MNA’s offices. The afternoon will feature lively and interactive discussions focused on revenue, innovation and current best practices in advertising, editorial and management topics. Returning again this year will be the popular Daily Meeting Idea Exchange. Prizes will be awarded to the participant who brings the best idea from the past year.

Thursday evening, attendees will enjoy a reception hour and dinner at one of Minneapolis’ oldest establishments, Gluek’s Restaurant & Bar.

MNA Attorney Mark Anfinson will join the meeting Friday morning to provide a legal update for attendees.

The meeting will adjourn at noon on Friday, September 22.
