About MNI

The Minnesota News Media Institute is the 501(c)(3) arm of the Minnesota Newspaper Association. A partnership of the nearly 300 members of MNA, the Institute provides education, training and professional development opportunities for current and future news media professionals, promotes fair and trusted journalism, and works to increase the public’s understanding of the role and obligation of a free press in our society.

We are excited to present a full slate of training events, from in-person workshops to webinars. You can also find information about Editors & Publishers Community Leadership Program.

If you have any questions regarding programming – or have suggestions for training programs or public forums you would like to see MNI present in the future, please contact us! Email member@mna.org or call 612-332-8844.
