Minnesota News Media Institute

The Minnesota News Media Institute is the 501(c)(3) arm of the Minnesota Newspaper Association. A partnership of the more than 360 members of MNA, the Institute provides education, training and professional development opportunities for current and future news media professionals, promotes fair and trusted journalism, and works to increase the public’s understanding of the role and obligation of a free press in our society.

We are excited to present a full calendar of training events, from in-person workshops to webinars. See the calendar below for upcoming events.  You can also find information about our successful Pohlad Internship Program and our Editors & Publishers Community Leadership Program.  To see a full overview of our work from 2014, please check out our Annual Report.
