MINUTES OF THE MNA BOARD OF DIRECTORS’ MEETING, JANUARY 22, 2014 Doubletree by Hilton HOTEL, BLOOMINGTON, MN
Present: Rollin Bergman, Kevin Anderson, Mike Dalton, Chris Schultz, Pete Mohs, Joni Harms, Marge Winkelman, Mike Jacobson, Dan Lind, Debbie Evans and Lisa Hills
Absent: Jason Brown
The meeting was called to order at 11:10 a.m. by President Bergman. The minutes from the December board conference call were approved on a motion by Harms, seconded by Jacobson, unanimous.
Application for Individual membership in MNA were received from:
Don Heinzman’s application for an Individual Membership in MNA was approved on a motion by Anderson, seconded by Jacobson, unanimous.
Steve Gall’s application for an Individual Membership in MNA was approved on a motion by Harms, seconded by Jacobson.
Individual Membership Applications were also received from:
Rex Kastner – Spark Digital Sales group
Printcraft – Rex Mills Printing
On a motion by Anderson, seconded by Mohs, the Individual Membership was denied. Both organizations will be asked to re-submit their application as a Group Sustaining Member.
Group Sustaining Membership application was received and approved on a motion by Harms, seconded by Dalton, unanimous, for Go Buy Local.
MNA’s Member Services Committee will review all membership forms and criteria at its next meeting.
The 2014 convention review was given by Hills.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:15
