Join us Wednesday evening, 4:30 to 7:00 p.m., in the Grand Ballroom East for a Convention Welcome Reception! Take time to view the winning entries in the Better Newspaper Contest, visit with trade show vendors and reconnect with MNA friends. A cash bar will be available in the Trade Show area.

PICK UP YOUR REGISTRATION MATERIALS EARLY TO AVOID LINES!
Convention attendees arriving on Wednesday should stop by the MNA registration desk after 2:00 p.m. in order to collect registration materials without a long wait. The MNA registration and “Welcome Area” will be open in the Foyer from 2:00 -7:00 p.m. (Cash bar opens at 4:30 p.m. in the Trade Show area.)
If you plan to arrive on Thursday, the Registration Desk will be open at 8:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. When you pick up your registration materials, you should check carefully to make certain you received all the meal tickets you’ve signed up and paid for. If one is missing, please bring it to the immediate attention of the registration desk staff.
You can still register for the convention, although early-bird rates have expired.
ATTENTION: BNC PRIZE WINNERS
Be sure to register no later than Friday, January 18, if you plan to attend the Better Newspaper Contest Awards Celebration on Thursday, January 24, at 6:30 p.m. A limited number of tickets will be available at the door on Wednesday, but these often sell out quickly. By registering in advance you will be guaranteed a seat at this exciting event.
Banquet attendees should be seated by 6:30 p.m. Dessert-only guests should be seated by 7:00 p.m. The awards show will begin at 7:15 p.m.
Be sure to a camera to have your photo taken with MNA’s president Kevin Anderson immediately after the awards celebration.
